MAGIC SAM
Magic Sam on elämää sykkivä ja kokenut ammatti-dj, joka on soittanut vuosikymmeniä upeaa musiikkia. Magic Samin nostattava energia kuuluu musiikkiseteissä funky-tyyleistä, afro-, latino- ja tanssilattiabängereihin. Hän aloitti dj:nä harjoittelun jo 12-vuotiaana dj-isänsä Crazy Kaiffarin kanssa.
Magic Sam on lämmittänyt monia live-keikkoja kuten The Temptations, Macy Gray, Sharon Jones & ja George Clinton. Magic Sam on Funky Elephant Festivalin ja tapahtumia tuottavan Funky Amigos ry:n perustaja ja puheenjohtaja. Hän toimii yhä aktiivisesti dj:nä ja tapahtumien tuottajana.
Sami “Magic Sam” Mannerheimo on myös valokuvaaja. Ainutlaatuisten muotokuva- ja dokumenttiprojektien lisäksi hän valokuvannut paljon tapahtumissa. Magic Sam on tapahtuma-alan ammattilainen, joka saa ihmiset tuntemaan olonsa hyväksi ja rentoutumaan tanssilattialla sekä kameran edessä.

Magic Sam is a vibrant, experienced and professional dj bringing decades of great music. Magic Sam plays different sets of music ranging from funky styles, afro, latin & dance floor fillers. Also he has a wide variety of nice music for cocktail events. He started practising dj:ing already at the age of 12 with his father, who was also a DJ.
Magic Sam has warmed up for so many live shows such as The Temptations, Macy Gray, Sharon Jones & The Dap-Kings, George Clinton and Deee-Lite just to mention a few. He has played in different countries but mainly having a hotspot in Helsinki Finland. He is the founder of Funky Elephant Festival and Funky Amigos association, which produces international festivals and other events. He still actively produces events.
Sami “Magic Sam” Mannerheimo is also a photographer. Besides making unique portrait photography and documentary projects, he has working a lot for company events and festivals. So you can definitely say, that Magic Sam is an event professional, who knows how to make people feel good and relax at the dance floor or front of the camera.
